Shipping and delivery information for every SneakyKickz order.
1. Prepaid orders only
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid in full online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not accept payment at the door.
2. Shipping charges
- Orders of Rs. 5,000 and above: delivery is free.
- Orders below Rs. 5,000: a delivery charge applies. The exact amount is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, so there is never a surprise later.
Any delivery charge you pay at checkout is not refunded if you later return the order, except where the fault is ours.
3. Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1-2] working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
4. Delivery time
- Within Gujarat: [2-3] working days
- Rest of India: [4-7] working days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners, and festivals, weather or local restrictions can add a day or two.
5. Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.
6. Checking your parcel on delivery
Where the courier supports it, you may open and check the parcel in front of the delivery agent before accepting it. We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video, as it makes any damage or wrong-item claim far easier to settle.
7. Wrong address or failed delivery
If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged, wrong item or wrong size
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong product or wrong size, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will fix it at our own cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Returns
If you return an order, the delivery charge for sending the product back to us is payable by you, except where the fault is ours. See our Refund Policy.
