2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.
3. Payment: prepaid only, no COD
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid in full online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Prices and product information
We describe products and sizes as accurately as we can. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Prices and offers can change at any time before an order is placed.
5. Shipping and delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above. On orders below Rs. 5,000, a delivery charge applies and is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, since delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: return delivery charges are paid by the customer, every returned product is inspected before a refund is approved, and approved refunds are processed within 7 days of that review. Where the fault is ours, such as a damaged product, the wrong item or the wrong size being sent, we cover the return.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies instead.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate contact, address and payment details, and not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to SneakyKickz or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
